JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for inventory, shipping,
receiving, safety and all warehouse operations. Answer alarm calls. Carry and
respond to pager. Responsible for covering for other supervisors, including
absences and all other work as assigned.

|
MINIMUM SKILLS TO APPLY: Able to operate all material handling
equipment. High school diploma. Understand shipping, receiving, and O.S.D.
procedures used at food grade and general warehouses. Willing to attend
supervisor classes. Willing to visit customers or attend seminars in Arizona or
out of state.
|
|
HELPFUL KNOWLEDGE OR EXPERIENCE: Good written and verbal
communication skills. Previous supervisory experience for a minimum of 2 years
preferred. Able to resolve customer service issues. Able to work with, motivate
and train warehouse personnel to achieve viable solutions to operational
problems.
